Choose options>Under The Hood>Change proxy settings. </p><p>4. In the Internet Properties dialog's Connections tab, click on the LAN settings button. </p><p>5. <p>Windows users are quite familiar with the routine. Whenever a program hangs, take the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + Del -> Task Manager), find the 'Not Responding' process and hit 'End Process'.<br /><br />Now, if you are someone (like us) who often works with beta version of software and have made it quite a habit to Ctrl, Shift, Escape every minute, this post is going to be a real time saver.<br /><br /><span id="fullpost">Deviantart user <a href="http://solo-dev.deviantart.com/">~Solo-Dev</a> too found the standard Windows procedure of killing frozen applications quite tedious.
